Tyler Neylon

Bio

Tyler Neylon is a machine learning engineer with experience developing video games with Lua and C. He is the author of a popular Lua tutorial—"Learn Lua in 15 Minutes"—and has previously worked at several small startups as well as Medium, Google, and Microsoft. While earning his PhD in applied math, he developed a surprisingly high tolerance for ramen ingestion, a dietary practice he occasionally exercises to this day.
