Growth is a natural and necessary part of life, but you must allow yourself to grow as a person. Are you stunting your growth? Have you allowed opportunities to grow pass you by, or have you rejected them altogether?
What you’re actually avoiding is change. Growth necessitates change, which means that you literally become different than you were before. You have to let go of the comfortable and charge into the unknown wilds of uncertainty.
You must overcome your fear of change. You must reject the status quo and your “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mentality. This is only accomplished through daily, willful intentionality.
Begin seeking out opportunities for growth and don’t turn away from new opportunities when they arise.
Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.
