Hello, and thanks for your interest in hiring me to speak at your church, school, or event. I’m honored you would consider me to speak to your people and inspire them to take control of their life and finances in order to live an extraordinary life! Please take the time to look through this page and learn how I can best serve you and your audience. I look forward to meeting you.
My family, like so many Americans, was once crushed by debt. Our debt was causing massive—but invisible—stress on my family and marriage, as well as keeping us from intentionally pursuing our dreams for the future. We found ourselves with fewer choices and unable to give freely the way we wanted. Inspired by the teachings of Dave Ramsey, we paid off all of our debt except for our mortgage in two years.
I served in full-time Christian ministry as a worship leader for 18 years, but retired in 2013 due to vocal difficulties. Since that time, I’ve completed Dave Ramsey’s Counselor Training and facilitated several Financial Peace University courses. I have the training, experience, knowledge, and tools available to help almost anyone get their life and finances under control, crush their debt, and learn to live within their means.
I’m convinced that debt is one of the most critical issues of our day, and I’ve made it my personal crusade to help people find financial freedom through reordering their lives in an intentional, incremental manner. I believe everyone can build an extraordinary life one step at a time, they just have to be willing to change.

Church is an area of life where we should focus more on giving than getting. We were never meant to just be attenders who show up for an hour on Sunday, sing some songs, listen to a sermon, and then head out to lunch. In this presentation, I focus on the fact that we can “get more” from church by giving of ourselves freely, and share eleven ways to make that happen.
