O'Reilly MySQL Conference & Expo 2010 Announced: Call for Participation and Registration for New Event Now Open

Sebastopol, CA, December 21, 2009—The MySQL ecosystem continues to thrive, with an engaged community working together on the open source database. O'Reilly Media invites this community to a new event, the O'Reilly MySQL Conference & Expo 2010, April 12-15, at the Santa Clara Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara. Building on the tradition of past MySQL conferences, the new four-day conference showcases the full spectrum of MySQL. The Call for Participation has opened, requesting proposals for workshops and sessions. Registration has also opened, offering special savings for early registrants.

Featured speakers include such stars as Brian Aker, Kaj Arnö, Monty Widenius, and Tim O'Reilly. This deeply technical conference encompasses the entire MySQL ecosystem, including some of the most influential companies and projects in the MySQL community.
